A note on returns, Tactical Armor Concepts is NOT responsible for items that do not fit. Plate carriers are designed to be placed approx. 1" below the base of your neck. All carriers have adjustable girth (cummerbund) and shoulder straps. Body types differ, and if you have questions, please ask, since 2009 we have helped people obtain the best fit. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility and the return must be in unused sellable condition with all tags and accessories.
